Join us as a Commercial Product Manager to spearhead the internal launch and early client adoption of the powerful Visa Spend Clarity platform. If you have deep experience with commercial payments and excel at software integration, file mapping, and complex workflow development, this is your opportunity. You will be the crucial subject matter expert, bridging technical requirements and business readiness to ensure a seamless, high-value deployment across the organization. This is a six month, remote opportunity.

responsibilities:
The Commercial Product Manager will support the launch and implementation of the Visa Spend Clarity product focusing on both internal readiness and early client onboarding. This role involves
a combination of collaboration with internal teams (including EPMO, IT, OPS, and Sales) to ensure
smooth project execution and process development, as well as the ability to serve as a subject matter
expert on Spend Clarity, with a focus on software integration, file mapping, and workflow creation.
The Embedded Product Manager will:
? Assist in evaluating the product requirements and build a product roadmap for Spend Clarity.
? Develop and document internal processes, templates, and training materials for both staff and
clients relating to the Spend Clarity product.
? Guide the creation and management of technical files (e.g., CC file, HR file) for client onboarding
and internal workflows.
? Coordinate with project stakeholders and provide EPMO with status updates to track progress,
report status, and support project management activities.
? Assist with early adopter client implementations, providing expertise on Spend Clarity
integration and best practices.
? Support internal training, communications, and go-to-market education sessions as needed.
? Develop documentation, FAQs, and high level process flows.
? Collaborate with compliance, marketing, and client services teams to ensure alignment and
readiness.
qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial product management, with deep understanding of the
commercial space.
? 2+ years of experience specifically in commercial card.
? Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures for commercial card products.
? Strong communication skills, adept at explaining technical terms to non-technical individuals.
? Hands-on experience with Spend Clarity or similar expense management platforms, especially in
product management or implementation roles.
? Strong understanding of software integration, file mapping, and workflow/process
development.
? Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and
educate both internal teams and clients.
? Ability to create replicable templates, documentation, and training materials.
? Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects end-to-end.
