We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician to join our Manufacturing Test Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and production of innovative manufacturing test systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical and electronic devices, mechanical devices, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Test Engineers to understand design requirements and translate them into manufacturing test processes.Assemble and integrate various components of automated test systems, including hardware, software, and instrumentation.Build and support validation of test manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Operate and maintain test manufacturing equipment, making necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency and quality.Participate in the improvement of test manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the testing process.Conduct preventive maintenance activities on manufacturing test process and document work per required quality proceduresMaintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, equipment settings, and production data.Execute test system validation protocols to ensure test system accuracy, reliability and consistency of results.Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Associate degree or 3+ years of experience in a related field. (e.g., Electronics, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, etc.).Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations.Experience in using electronic test equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, as well as hand tools, soldering and assembly equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience in using software, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, or other test automation tools is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement, including the ability to accurately read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics and test procedures.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
