Description

Are you an experienced Network Engineer looking to join an amazing team utilizing Magic Quadrant products? Our Network Infrastructure team designs, implements, and maintains Network Solutions for Everi's Data Centers, Corporate Offices and the cloud. We are looking for an Experienced Network Engineer in Las Vegas area. This is a hybrid role.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configuring and managing Palo Alto/Fortigate Firewalls, VPN concentrators, and security appliances for access to vital business applications.
• Design new networks and provide technical expertise with "cheat sheets" and other technical docs.
• Draft and maintain network diagrams.
• Manage complex Cisco Nexus switching and routing environments supporting open or secured access and voice and video apps.
• Assist with the design of multi-server environments: IP address schemes, DNS, Ether-Channel (Bonding), etc.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or similar or work experience equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience designing, supporting, and delivering network architecture for multi networking vendors, which can include Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.
• Experience and complete understanding of networking and routing protocols, including best security practices
• CCNA certification required. CCNP preferred.

Nice to have:

• Cloud networking experience: Azure preferred
• Automation experience: Ansible preferred
• Certifications: CCNP.
• 4 + years of enterprise network design and administration experience is preferred.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 74,000- $ 80,000 annually.
