Exodus Integrity Services, Inc is a rapidly expanding technology company headquartered in Northeast Ohio. Currently, we are seeking individuals for an ETL & Data Solutions Developer opportunity with our client in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a contract to hire opportunity with our client. Client is open to direct hire.
No 3rd parties. Candidate MUST be W2 employee of Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. during the contract.
This opportunity is hybrid requiring one day a week onsite.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related work experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines with a focus on data transformation and automation
Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable data solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client and internal data needs
Review and enhance existing code for performance and reliability
Maintain internal data structures and respond quickly to external data changes
Optimize recurring data processes through automation and process improvements
Required Skills:
Experience with modern ETL technologies, particularly within cloud-based environments. Preferred tools include platforms such as Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, cloud-based data lakes, and other industry-standard solutions like RedPoint, Alteryx, and SSIS.
Hands-on development using languages such as SQL, Python, Scala, and at least one object-oriented language like Java or C++.
Experience working with distributed data processing engines such as Apache Spark and Kafka-based streaming platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work comfortably with both new code development and existing code review/modification in fast-paced project cycles.
Solid experience working with relational databases, including enterprise-grade and cloud-native solutions such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and cloud-hosted SQL services.
Familiarity with collaborative task tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience in the field.
