Core Requirements
Required Technical Skills
Agile Framework: Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst working in Scrum or SAFe environments.
Cloud Solutions: Hands-on experience with cloud-hosted applications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Medicare programs and compliance environments.
Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with Jira (for backlog management) and Confluence (for documentation).
Testing Tools: Working knowledge of TestRail and/or HP ALM for test case management and traceability.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
DevOps Practices: Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based analytics pipelines, and deployment workflows.
Automation & Version Control: Experience with version control systems, automated testing, and deployment strategies for analytics solutions.
Role Overview (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
Participate in daily Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Manage backlogs using Jira, creating and refining user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, QA teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Lead team presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions, explaining complex topics in a business-friendly manner.
Assist in the design and optimization of cloud-based analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with Medicare objectives and CMS program requirements.
Define and translate business needs into technical requirements for large-scale IT systems.
Contribute to data governance, compliance initiatives, and cloud security reviews.
Mentor junior analysts, participate in code reviews (where applicable), and coach teams on Agile best practices.
Support system implementations, UAT cycles, and post-deployment validation activities.
