Job Details

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior User Experience Designer to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology while creating intuitive digital solutions that enhance virtual healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end telehealth experiences that are user-friendly and scalable across various platforms.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for healthcare solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements based on user needs and clinical workflows.
  • Conduct user research and analyze findings to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders, including leadership and medical professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Lead design thinking workshops to foster innovation in healthcare UX/UI.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in healthcare or medical technology.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work and complex digital healthcare solutions.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for user needs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing for telehealth or medical applications.
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflows and medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of healthcare privacy requirements (HIPAA).
