Oracle Cloud Core HR and Position Management Lead Consultant

Location: Hybrid with remote work allowed. Travel to client sites as required.

Job Description:

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Core HR and Position Management Lead Consultant to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading Oracle Cloud Core HR. It is critical to understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and deliver comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our talented Cloud team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan, and implement Cloud solutions in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation lifecycle
• Identify business requirements and map them to HCM Cloud functionality
• Conduct Functional Design Workshops
• Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure the applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions
• Assist client in preparing validation scripts and testing scenarios, and developing test scripts
• Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to production
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

Qualifications:

Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional Lead with the following:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Functional Lead role
• Ideal candidate has completed two end-to-end Cloud implementations in Oracle Cloud Core HR with Position Management
• Experience with Legal Entities preferred
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits, Compensation and Helpdesk is desired
• Ability to lead other functional leads through the different project phases
• Commercial or healthcare system experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
• Travel to client sites as needed
• Must already be living in the US
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
