Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join a well-established financial institution in the Richmond, VA area. You will be part of a dynamic team centered culture that encourages an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to create and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital roadmap, establishing partnerships, and ensuring products meet strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital strategies and roadmaps tailored to business needs and future growth objectives.
Evaluate external digital platforms and recommend partnerships to enhance capabilities.
Identify opportunities for leveraging digital techniques to achieve strategic goals and prioritize required capabilities.
Create business cases and requirements for digital initiatives, driving them through execution.
Ensure customer and employee feedback informs product features to align with business outcomes and architectural roadmaps.
Set and manage goals, key performance indicators, and metrics to track success.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to support acquisition, product positioning, promotions, and onboarding of digital products and services.
Conduct research to understand customer digital needs, industry trends, and best practices while assessing competitive movements.
Present strategic recommendations and data insights to senior management to gain buy-in.
Prioritize product requirements, coordinate release plans, and translate business needs into technical specifications for implementation.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital product management, with a strong understanding of strategy development and execution.
Expertise in customer service, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
Solid knowledge of marketing, operations, and research processes.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and strategic planning.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and implement solutions effectively.
Strong leadership skills to guide teams and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication skills for presenting data, liaising between technical and business teams, and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
