Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage the implementation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud across our organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of this key strategic initiative, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business goals. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with IT, Marketing, Data, and external vendors to deliver a seamless and integrated solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead and manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation program, ensuring successful delivery from planning to execution and post-launch support.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communication with business stakeholders, executives, and external partners. Ensure alignment of program objectives with strategic business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing disruptions to the program timeline.
Project Planning & Execution: Define program roadmap, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure all project phases are executed in alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee the coordination with Salesforce, SI, or other implementation partners to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud by all stakeholders and users.
Reporting & Documentation: Regularly update executive leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements. Maintain detailed documentation on all program deliverables, timelines, and risks.
