Proven Business Development, Account Management and Vendor Management experience in the US staffing/Software Development industry.
Develop new clients (Direct / Tier 1 /MSP/VMS) for IT staffing business in USA.
Sale offshore resources to clients.
Ability to build business relationships Have long term clients who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you
Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.
Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business.
Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
Analyze requirements from clients and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets clients expectations.
Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing Client Contracts as well as Sub Contracts adhering to Company Policies.
Experience handling projects and services contracts.
