Job Details

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Summary: IT Support Analysts provide technical assistance, resolve IT issues, and support users to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to IT support requests and tickets.
  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  3. Install and configure IT equipment and applications.
  4. Provide guidance and training to end-users.
  5. Monitor systems for performance and availability.
  6. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
  7. Document support activities and solutions.
  8. Maintain IT knowledge base.
  9. Assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
  10. Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software applications.

Preferred Skills/Duties:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Ability to create user guides and training materials.
  • Familiarity with cloud and enterprise systems.
