Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Sr. Consultant to lead complex integration efforts between Workday and Active Directory/Entra ID systems for a healthcare organization. In this contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless identity management and provisioning across organizational units while establishing Workday as the central identity source.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the technical integration of Workday with Active Directory and Entra ID systems.
Collaborate closely with the Workday implementation vendor to resolve ongoing integration challenges.
Configure and optimize automated provisioning workflows to streamline identity management.
Establish Workday as the primary source of truth for employee identity data.
Manage integration with existing tools such as Adaxes and Duo systems.
Design and implement provisioning processes across multiple organizational units within Active Directory.
Develop a framework to support future implementations, including Workday Financials.
Document integration architecture, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines to ensure operational continuity.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID systems.
Demonstrated expertise in Workday integration, particularly in identity provisioning.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Familiarity with cross-domain management solutions, such as Adaxes.
Experience with multi-factor authentication systems, preferably Duo.
Strong background in large-scale identity integration projects.
Ability to manage complex organizational unit structures within Active Directory.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
