Job Title - .Net Full Stack Engineer
Contract Duration - 6+ Months

Ora Apps Inc are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET technologies and Real-Time Payment (RTP) systems for its client . The Candidate will play a critical role in building, enhancing, and supporting payment solutions that are high-performing, scalable, and secure. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial technology initiatives with a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications with a strong backend focus in .NET (C#).
  • Build and maintain scalable and secure RTP (Real-Time Payments) systems, APIs, and services.
  • Implement and maintain front-end components using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to deliver quality software solutions.
  • Optimize and tune payment transaction processing systems for performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory standards (such as PCI-DSS, ISO 20022).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLAs.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and Web APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Real-Time Payments (RTP) platforms and messaging standards (e.g., ISO 20022, FedNow, TCH RTP).
  • Proficiency with frontend frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of secure coding practices, payment security protocols, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or Google Cloud Platform acceptable).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of financial messaging protocols (SWIFT, NACHA, ISO 8583).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Azure Event Grid, or similar).
  • Certification in Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure) or payments standards is a plus.
  • Prior experience with payment gateway integration and settlement processes.
