• Proven experience in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements management.
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:

The client is seeking a highly skilled IT Business System Analyst with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain to support key technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and system integration, along with a solid understanding of healthcare data workflows and compliance standards.

This role requires hands-on experience working with Snowflake Database, Health Cloud, Salesforce Cloud, and Salesforce Life Sciences environments. The candidate should come from a consulting background, demonstrating the ability to engage with business stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, developers, and project teams to ensure clear communication and solution alignment.
• Analyze and optimize business processes within the Healthcare domain, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences modules.
• Develop data mapping and integration requirements for Snowflake and other cloud data platforms.
• Perform impact analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support testing and validation activities.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, workflows, and process documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 10 years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business System Analyst.
• Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare processes and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
