Job Details
Title: ServiceNow Software Engineer
Location: 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati Ohio 45202 (On-site)
Duration: 6 Months contract
Must Have: CSS, Enterprise Applications, Experience with SNOW Plugins and Modules, HTML, Integration Hub, JavaScript, Rest API's, SNOW Flow Designer
Nice To Have: Automated Test Framework, Python
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of enhancements of applications built on the Service-now platform.
- Extend Service Now functionality leveraging out of the box components or writing JavaScript / API's etc.
- Design, develop, optimize, and enhance Service-now application software to deliver solutions that automate and audit business processes.
- Develop and implement designed solutions to fulfil business requirements and test, analyze, collaborate, and assist with translating those business requirements into technical requirements to ensure a smooth implementation of new enhancements, applications, modules, or integrations of new services with other platforms.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies and Web communication protocols.
- Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control release management and deployment.
