18-Month Contract

Hybrid - New York, NY 10017

Onsite once every few months - mostly remote

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Implementing workday ERP experience
  • ETL experience
  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Four (4) - seven (7) years of work experience.
    Strong background in business analysis and systems thinking
  • Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders across diverse business functions
  • Proven ability to lead service improvement initiatives
  • Effective communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Healthcare/ Hospital Experience

OTHER NOTES

  • Broadly speaking, we re looking for analytical rigor, background with excel standards but also SQL is english in their world so very important.
  • Microsoft excel, office applications etc
  • PowerBI platform is similar to tableau. Key skillset
  • Background ideally: Doesn t need to be healthcare almost better if they don t have it. Business analytics and consumer packaged goods or CPG. Large distributors in this space would be a good fit. We ve found that a lot of the other hospitals don t have the depth of technical skills they re looking for.
  • We are implementing workday ERP because we do not have an ERP. Lots of hospitals have ERP s already. We have been navigating a myriad of different business applications that require more business engineering skill, navigating databases, managing ETL, extractions etc.
  • Hybrid roles local to NY tristate area.
  • Onsite days vary so must be flexible. On an as needed basis meaning there are large projects to meet others onsite.
  • Fairly rare to come onsite for this role.
  • In 18 months maybe once every couple of months onsite.
  • Interviews: 1st round interview ask questions get a sense of background. 3 rounds of interviews

Job Summary: Experienced professional with deep knowledge and actionable experience at the domain level. Works largely independently against defined objectives. Able to contribute effectively to technical discussions and team problem-solving. Focused on improving solution quality and ensuring subsystem-level success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into detailed, actionable requirements
  • Lead process-oriented IT and service improvement initiatives
  • Implement workflow solutions and manage related monitoring projects
  • Maintain workflows through continuous improvement cycles
  • Collaborate with service and process managers to achieve business outcomes
  • Serve as a liaison across cross-functional teams to implement process and system enhancements
