Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the testing team in executing end-to-end functional testing procedures.
- Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Execute and automate test cases using selenium for efficient testing.
- Identify and report defects, track defect resolution, and ensure closure.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure test coverage and quality metrics are met.
- Provide regular status reports and participate in project status meetings.
- Proficiency in end-to-end functional testing methodologies and best practices.
- Strong experience in selenium automation testing and scripting.
- Sound knowledge of software testing techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams.
