Metric5 is seeking a Lead Process Architect for an upcoming opportunity.
The Lead Process Architect will lead the team of business analysts and software engineers to manage the automation opportunity and intake process. This role works directly with business stakeholders to identify and design process robotics opportunities and provides technical expertise and project direction for implementing RPA solutions.

Job Description
Metric5 is seeking a Lead Process Architect for an upcoming opportunity.
The Lead Process Architect will lead the team of business analysts and software engineers to manage the automation opportunity and intake process. This role works directly with business stakeholders to identify and design process robotics opportunities and provides technical expertise and project direction for implementing RPA solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team of business analysts and SW engineers to manage automation opportunity management & intake process.
- Work with business stakeholders to oversee and identify process robotics opportunities and guide team members delivering projects that identify, design, and implement process robotics solutions.
- Maintaining responsibility for management and direction of multiple, large, or complex process robotics implementations across a variety of customer environments.
- Works with FEMA businesses, IT teams, and senior-level managers to provide technical expertise and project direction in implementing RPA solutions.
- Experienced in developing RPA bots utilizing a variety of industry and custom tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years relevant experience with large scale software implementations, including robotic process automation.
Required Certifications:
- Active UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (or current/equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications:
- DHS experience
- Federal Government Financial System Modernization experience
