We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Level 2 to join our team 100% remote based in Canada.
Position Summary:
The project aims to address significant technological risks and ensure the execution focused on remediating system failures, network capacity issues, impossibility of end-to-end digitization, and degradation of service delivery. A Project Manager (Level 2) whom with the support and guidance of their manager, will be responsible for the defining, tracking, measuring and on reporting on Project Benefits and KPIs that are part of a portfolio of projects. The individual will coordinate with various teams to oversight project benefit delivery in a range of tasks and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PMs to develop and validate KPI(s) and benefits information.
- Conduct KPI analysis to confirm that the project is aligned to the Benefit and strategic outcomes.
- Maintain and update the establishing KPI definition, forecast data and measurements in the Master KPI Spreadsheet, based on their frequency of reporting, to enable reporting on Benefit realization (Dashboard report or other reports).
- Meet monthly (more frequently as advised by the Manager or when necessary) with Project Leads (PMs) of assigned projects.
- Through discussion with PMs and the Benefit Guide, maintain data quality standards and accuracy.
- Prepare papers, presentation and speaking notes related to Benefits Management updates for the relevant governance forums.
- Gather the portfolio-level application-related KPIs on a quarterly basis, so that new application-related activities are onboarded and mapped to the Portfolio KPIs.
- Collaborate with Project Reporting function to provide relevant data to support reporting.
- Guide and advise the development and improvements of the Benefit Dashboard report which report to benefit and KPI results to governance committee.
- Support the Manager in communicating expectations to PMs regarding their roles and responsibilities associated with their project funding.
- Participate in committees and project teams when required.
- Support and contribute to ad-hoc reporting received.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of experience within the last ten years as a Project Manager.
- Must have 2+ years' experience within the last seven years with Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerBI).
- Experience with defining, tracking, measuring and on reporting on Project Benefits and KPIs.
- Must currently hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance.
- Must be fluent in English - bilingual candidates are considered an asset.
- University degree or college/CEGEP Diploma related to computer science, information technology, or engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution. A copy of the degree or diploma must be provided. If applicable, a copy of Canadian equivalency must be provided as well.
