Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled WebLogic Administrator / Linux System Administrator to support enterprise applications and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Oracle WebLogic Server, administering Linux systems, and supporting application deployments across Cloud Infrastructures. Experience with Java, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Database is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments.
• Administer and support Linux operating systems in on-premise and cloud environments (AWS and OCI).
• Manage application deployments and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications.
• Support Java-based applications, including configuration and deployment.
• Collaborate with development, database, and security teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Assist with system patching, upgrades, automation, and compliance efforts.
• Document system configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration.
• Solid background in Linux system administration (Red Hat or Oracle Linux preferred).
• Experience managing cloud environments in AWS
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus
• Familiarity with Java application deployment and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database administration or development.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and security best practices in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system or application administration, including cloud exposure.
