RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Marketing Product Specialist in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities include:
* Digital Marketing Product Specialist will assist Digital Product Managers in ushering CRM campaigns through the marketing lifecycle
* Assist in drafting campaign intent documents, defining target KPIs, and identifying audience segments
* Partner with peers to ideate on optimal CRM campaign tactics to achieve target KPIs
* Monitor and report on campaign trafficking status and performance metrics
* Facilitate communication between Digital Product Managers and Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
* Support the optimization of the CRM intake process across departments
* Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to streamline campaign planning and execution
* As a Digital Marketing Product Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM tools and workflows meet business needs
* Compile and present campaign performance reports, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement
* Track and analyze campaign KPIs to inform future strategy and decision-making
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 1-2 years of experience in marketing, account management, or related field
* Strong interest in product management and digital marketing technologies
* Familiarity with CRM platforms, campaign analytics, and KPI tracking
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus
* Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
