Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, system logging, and reporting.
- Strong automation skills using Python or Bash, with solid knowledge of Linux, Windows, and network security protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Information Security (or 8 years of equivalent experience).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, security frameworks (NIST, CJIS, IRS 1075, CMS MARS-E), or AppSec.
- Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or vendor-specific SIEM credentials.
