Description
We are in the market for a Help Desk Analyst II, located in RIDGEFIELD, Connecticut. In this role, you will be expected to provide excellent helpdesk and desktop support, manage Windows systems and Microsoft 365, and handle tools like RingCentral, Sophos, and CCH Axcess. This opportunity offers short term contract employment.
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch helpdesk and desktop support, handling any issues that arise swiftly and efficiently
Manage and maintain Windows systems, ensuring they function optimally at all times
Administer Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support
Operate tools such as RingCentral, Sophos, and CCH Axcess to facilitate efficient workflow
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any problems
Document all issues and resolutions accurately, maintaining a record for future reference
Independently handle tasks, demonstrating the ability to work without constant supervision
Utilize Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies to improve system functionality
Manage Apple Devices and Mac Computers, providing support and resolving any relevant issues
Handle computer hardware, configuration management, and deployments effectively.
Requirements
Proficiency in Android Development with a proven track record of developing and implementing applications or solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of Cisco Technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for related issues.
Expertise in Citrix Technologies, with the ability to manage, maintain, and improve virtualization environments.
Proficient in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers, with a strong understanding of its operating system and software.
Solid knowledge of various Microsoft technologies and applications, with the ability to support users in their usage.
Experience in managing Active Directory, including user account creation, access control, and password management.
Comfortable with Apple Devices and their operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any device-related issues.
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware-related problems.
Skilled in Configuration Management, with the ability to ensure system security and performance through effective configuration control.
Experience in overseeing Deployments, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating software or hardware deployments.
