Lead TIBCO EDI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support TIBCO EDI Applications.
• Lead and mentor the EDI team members.
• Engage in requirement gathering discussions to derive Integration needs.
• Design and Implement TIBCO EDI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO EDI Architecture.
• Implement end-to-end File transfer solutions using GoAnywhere MFT.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Deploy Integration artifacts using GitHub and CI/CD pipeline.
• Monitor TIBCO EDI Integration issues and resolve Incidents.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors. Provide regular status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in TIBCO Business Connect (BC), Business Works (BW), Administration, and EMS.
• 8+ years of TIBCO EDI development and support experience.
• Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, XML, JSON).
• Strong TIBCO Business Works experience.
• GitHub and CI/CD skills.
• Linux OS experience with scripting ability.
• Oracle and basic SQL skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with iPaaS Integration Platforms (MuleSoft Anypoint, Dell Boomi, Software AG webMethods).
• Experience with Publish/Subscribe and JMS based messaging patterns.
• Experience with MFT tools like GoAnywhere.
• Experience with enterprise logging tools like Splunk.
