Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Support Technician to join our team in Uniontown, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and customer service. The role involves assisting with technical support and system programming, ensuring high levels of accuracy and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Configure and program intrusion and video systems in compliance with established client standards, maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Provide exceptional technical support to field technicians and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
Respond to customer calls and deliver outstanding service, ensuring all issues are managed professionally.
Maintain and document accurate records of system configurations and support activities.
Assist in training and onboarding processes for new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Work occasional after-hours shifts or overtime when required to meet client needs.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools relevant to the role to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols, including passing required background checks for network access.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support, customer service, or related role.
Familiarity with Microsoft tools, Active Directory, and computer hardware troubleshooting.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving client issues efficiently.
Ability to provide technical support to both clients and field technicians.
Interest in technology, with a preference for candidates who enjoy building PCs or gaming.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high accuracy levels.
Flexibility to work occasional after-hours shifts or overtime.
