Location: 100% Remote

About the Role:

Client is seeking a seasoned Oracle FCCS Architect to join our dynamic Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and lead transformational finance and consolidation projects across a variety of industries.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting multiple ongoing projects that span architecture, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Lead Oracle FCCS Architect across multiple client engagements and transformation projects.

  • Provide expert-level architecture, design, and implementation support for Oracle FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and related EPM tools.

  • Lead current-state analysis, gap assessments, roadmap creation, and execution of financial consolidation solutions.

  • Partner with finance, IT, and consulting teams to digitize processes related to actuals, FP&A, reconciliation, reporting, and tax operations.

  • Architect integrated EPM cloud ecosystems by utilizing tools like ODI, FDMEE, EDMCS, and HFR.

  • Ensure successful delivery of implementations, including building and testing automated consolidation rules, data models, reporting hierarchies, and workflows.

  • Provide advisory support to senior stakeholders and drive shared service operating models where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management with a focus on Oracle FCCS and broader Oracle EPM Cloud Suite.

  • Proven success in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives including finance, tax, and data analytics modernization.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, HFM, Hyperion, and integration tools like ODI and FDMEE.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, consolidations, FP&A, and multi-GAAP/multi-entity financial processes.

  • Prior experience managing large teams (internal and external) and driving cross-functional enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and delivery leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Anaplan, DRM/DRG, Informatica IICS, Oracle/AWS cloud infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of supporting technologies like SQL, R, Python, and Big Data ecosystems.

  • Experience in industries such as Hi-Tech, Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, O&G, or Government sectors.
