Principal Product Manager - US

The Opportunity
We've teamed up with a B2B Series A startup tackling the medical coding space, looking for a Principal Product Manager to join their team and help scale the company's next phase of growth. This is a US-based remote role, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You'll work closely with US-based GTM, CS, and Engineering teams, as well as their global Product & Engineering organization in India, to deliver integration-heavy, enterprise-grade solutions in the healthcare/health-tech domain.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with the opportunity to evolve into leadership within 12-18 months. You'll be the face of Product for US customers-running demos, capturing feedback, aligning roadmaps, and operating as a force-multiplier for the CPO. If you're excited by scaling impact, influencing process, and helping build a strong US product presence from the ground up, this is your chance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with 4 years in B2B healthcare or health-tech domains
- Strong technical fluency; confident working with API-level and integration-heavy products
- Proven ability to interface with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (role will require customer interface)
- Ability to thrive in a remote, global, cross-functional team environment (but normal working hours)
- Startup mindset-bias for action, flexible, comfortable wearing multiple hats
Desired Skills & Experience
- Prior experience presenting at conferences, customer advisory boards, or industry events (travel on an "as needed" basis)
- Track record of shaping product processes in scaling organizations
- Experience building or managing small PM teams
- 15+ years of experience may qualify for Senior Principal Product Manager title
