Primary Location: 100% remote
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Salesforce Functional Consultant (100% remote) for our premier client.
Education and Experience »
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Three (3) years’ experience in Salesforce as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex development, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with data migration tools and integration platforms.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of staff and a patient population composed of diverse cultures and age groups.
- Knowledge of Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze business problems and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- This position is functioning within a healthcare environment.
- The incumbent is responsible for adherence to all hospital and department specific safety requirements.
- This includes but is not limited to the following policies and procedures: complying with Personal Protective Equipment requirements, hand washing and sanitizing practices, complying with department specific engineering and work practice controls and any other work area safety precautions as specified by hospital wide policy and departmental procedures.
