Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Room Architect for a 6 month contract role in the healthcare industry in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is 100% remote.
Description:
The Scrum Room Architect is responsible for designing and maintaining the architecture of software systems within an agile Scrum environment. They ensure that the system is scalable, maintainable, and meets both functional and non-functional requirements. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Architectural Design & Strategy
o Define and maintain the structure of the solution.
o Create scalable and maintainable system designs.
o Ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. Collaboration & Communication
o Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure sprint goals are achievable.
o Communicate architectural decisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
o Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve technical conflicts. Agile Integration o Support agile practices by integrating architecture into Scrum ceremonies.
o Help define and manage user stories with architectural significance.
o Mentor developers and contribute to code reviews. Technical Leadership
o Lead technology selection and validate its viability.
o Ensure compliance with design principles, patterns, and standards.
o Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development cycle. Quality Assurance
o Verify that the implementation aligns with the agreed architecture.
Ensure the system meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Desired skills:
6+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and event-driven architecture.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor and guide development teams.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay: $70.00 to $76.00/hour
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
