About the Role:

We re looking for a seasoned Data Conversion Lead with strong Workday experience to drive the data migration strategy and execution for a major retail Workday implementation. You will act as the primary point of contact for all onshore data conversion activities, collaborating with functional teams, offshore resources, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end data conversion for Workday HCM/Finance implementations

  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to gather, cleanse, map, and validate data

  • Work closely with offshore data teams and integration partners

  • Support test cycles (unit testing, E2E, UAT) by ensuring accurate data loads

  • Track issues, perform data audits, and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in data conversion, including at least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations

  • Strong understanding of Workday data structures, EIB, and iLoads

  • Experience working in or with retail organizations is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
