Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA/ Dallas, TX (Onsite)

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enhance enterprise risk and compliance processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust ServiceNow applications and integrations aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on GRC modules (Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).
Build workflows, client scripts, business rules, and integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with best practices, conduct system audits, and maintain documentation.
Support ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules alongside GRC.
Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD; experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
