Overview:
Our client, a leading Asset Management firm in San Francisco, is embarking on its AI journey and seeking an AI Engineer to design and develop intelligent AI agents that enhance business efficiency and decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to build AI solutions from the ground up and play a pivotal role in shaping the company s AI strategy.

We are looking for a QA Lead who can effectively manage an outsourced QA function, set up QA processes, and ensure the use of best practices, tools, and automation across the team. The role requires strong communication skills and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate work with an outsourced/offshore QA team.

  • Help build and set up the QA function, processes, and standards.

  • Ensure the team follows QA best practices, proper QA tools, and automation strategy.

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases.

  • Provide clear communication, reporting, and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong QA Lead experience with the ability to manage outsourced/offshore QA teams.

  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, tools, and automation concepts.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Asset Management domain experience preferred.
