Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Inventory Management Consultant to support a mission-critical implementation for an Aerospace & Defense client. This role requires deep expertise in SAP IM/WM and strong knowledge of A&D logistics and operational processes.

Title: SAP Inventory Management Consultant
Location: Remote, USA
Duration: Contract 6+ months and possibility for extension - This duration is subject to changes based on the project's requirement and/or the client's sole discretion.
Client: Aerospace & Defence


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy SAP IM/WM for inbound/outbound operations, storage, picking, and batch management.
  • Develop and maintain material master data, RF transactions, and warehouse workflows.
  • Integrate IM/WM with MM, SD, PM, and FI across full logistics lifecycle.
  • Execute data mapping, conversion, and validation for legacy system migration.
  • Deliver training, support cutover, and provide hyper care post go-live.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of SAP IM/WM configuration & implementation experience.
  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience is mandatory.
  • MRO experience highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with military logistics, barcoding, RF scanners, and handheld inventory solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
