Full Stack Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Full Stack Engineer in Westlake, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality, maintainable UI solutions that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements
* Driving technical innovation in front-end architecture while contributing to backend integration and service design
* Collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and robust application performance
* Leading and mentoring developers, fostering growth and continuous improvement within the engineering team

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on UI engineering and building scalable, user-centric web applications
* Deep expertise in Angular (v14+), NgRx, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive design principles
* Proven ability to build reusable components, implement state management, and optimize performance for modern web applications
* Solid backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, or Python, enabling seamless integration between UI and services
* Working experience with AWS, including EC2 and EKS, contributing to cloud-native application development and deployment
* Familiarity with SQL/PL/SQL as complementary technologies
* Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, Datadog monitoring, and Agile development practices
* Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code with attention to scalability and performance
* Demonstrated technical leadership in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring team members
* Experienced in Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) and Agile methodologies
* Passionate about learning and implementing emerging technologies and UI/UX best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
