Description: Our client is currently seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of Epic Revenue Cycle solutions across multiple healthcare sites. The ideal candidate will have successfully served as the Revenue Cycle PM on several Epic implementations and possess deep knowledge of Epic's financial modules and workflows. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to bring industry best practices to the client.

Description: Our client is currently seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of Epic Revenue Cycle solutions across multiple healthcare sites. The ideal candidate will have successfully served as the Revenue Cycle PM on several Epic implementations and possess deep knowledge of Epic's financial modules and workflows. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to bring industry best practices to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Epic Revenue Cycle implementations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Revenue Cycle-related project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, Epic representatives, and external vendors to ensure successful deployment.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations specific to Revenue Cycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change management, training, and go-live activities.
- Travel up to 25% to client sites and implementation locations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT project management, with a focus on Revenue Cycle.
- Proven track record of leading Epic Revenue Cycle implementations at multiple healthcare organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle functionality and workflows is required.
- Ability to apply and tailor industry best practices to meet client needs.
- Epic certifications are a plus but not required.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work on-site.
- Candidates within driving distance to North Caldwell, NJ are strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with large-scale health system implementations.
- Familiarity with healthcare financial operations and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
