Seeking a Sr. Salesforce Consultant
Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, a journey of transformation. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Design, configure, and test various Salesforce Modules Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's need
- Carry out complex or Client assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience
- Experience building user profiles, permission sets, and groups
- Ability to articulate why you would build a process in Salesforce and how to business stakeholders and other counterparts in IT
- Able to troubleshoot and reverse engineer when flows do not work as expected or user's experience in the system does not align with trained process
- Experience with configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality
- Familiarity with deploying change sets and managing change in complex environments
