Job Details

Requirements:
8+ or more years of experience with Salesforce in a high-growth environment. Experience in Salesforce administration and Customization.
Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings)
Experience with the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet and code coverage
Experience implementing Salesforce Portal (Community portal), Service Console, Lightning components is required
Proficiency in Salesforce platform concepts and development (Apex & JavaScript languages, controllers, triggers, configuration, LWC, salesforce flows, batch processes, Lightning, SOQL, REST APIs and web services).
Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and data modes
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated hands-on ability to create necessary technical documentation including high level systems design, low level systems design, system landscape, entity relationship diagrams, configuration workbooks, and other client deliverables for enterprise salesforce implementations.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and best practices
Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology
