Job Title: Epic Tapestry BI Analyst
Location: Remote (Work PST hours) + 25% Onsite Travel to California
Type: Contract
Travel: Approx. one week per month during Epic onsite phases for a new Epic Tapestry implementation

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry BI Analyst to support a large-scale Epic Tapestry implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epic BI tools, data models, and reporting, along with hands-on experience working with Tapestry, Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito environments. This role requires close collaboration with operational leaders, application teams, and data engineering groups to design, build, and optimize reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support BI/reporting needs for the Epic Tapestry implementation, including requirements gathering, data validation, and dashboard/report development.

  • Build, optimize, and maintain Tapestry-related datasets in Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy across Tapestry domains.

  • Develop data extracts, metrics, KPIs, and analytics for operational and revenue-related functions.

  • Participate in onsite workshops and implementation activities approximately one week per month.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Epic application teams and technical teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.

  • Support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live reporting readiness.

Required Epic Certifications

Candidates must be certified/proficient in the following Epic modules:

  • Caboodle Data Model (CDW110v)

  • Clarity Data Model (CLR110)

  • Revenue Data Model (COG230)

  • Cogito (COG170)
