Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- VoIP, Unified Communications, Contact Center (Cisco), Design, deploy, and support telecom systems including PBX, VoIP, SIP, and mobile communication networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, latency, and capacity.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for the procurement and installation of telecom hardware/software.
- Implement network security protocols and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FCC, GDPR).
- Perform system upgrades and patching of telecom infrastructure.
- Generate detailed documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, and incident reports.
- Provide support and training for end-users and other internal teams.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
