About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Security Consultant with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and ABAP Authorization, along with domain skills in Finance & Accounting and IT Security. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive technological solutions to enhance our business operations and ensure robust security measures.
In this role, you will:

• Design and implement SAP Security solutions to safeguard company data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP GRC Access Control into existing systems enhancing security protocols.
• Develop and maintain ABAP Authorization processes to streamline user access and improve system efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize Finance & Accounting workflows ensuring alignment with IT Security requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP Security to support business objectives and drive innovation.
• Oversee the implementation of IT Security measures ensuring data integrity and protection across all platforms.
• Conduct regular audits of SAP systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate staff on SAP Security best practices and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures recommending improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all security-related activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all security processes and procedures ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Security and IT Security to continuously enhance company practices.

• Possess strong expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and ABAP Authorization.
• Demonstrate experience in Finance & Accounting and IT Security domains.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Show proficiency in designing and implementing security solutions that align with business objectives.
• Have a proven track record of conducting successful security audits and implementing corrective measures.

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
