Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with proven expertise in architecting enterprise ServiceNow solutions and strong project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive architectural design, lead platform strategy, manage stakeholder communication, and oversee full lifecycle implementations of ServiceNow modules in a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, architect, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and other modules.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development oversight, testing, and deployment.
Serve as the primary technical advisor for ServiceNow platform governance, strategy, and architecture best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Manage multiple ServiceNow projects concurrently using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Conduct performance tuning, instance health checks, and ensure adherence to platform security standards.
Lead development teams, mentor junior architects/developers, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Engage with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
Prepare and present technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and executive-level reporting.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect.
Strong experience implementing modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or FSM.
Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects end-to-end as a technical project manager or delivery lead.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers), and CMDB.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CIS, CAD, CTA) strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in managed services, consulting, or MSP environments.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git).
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow upgrades, instance migrations, and custom application development.
