Job Details
The focus is on the Upstream Finance Workstream, specifically related to Production Sharing Accounting (PSA). The objectives of the SAP Upstream Deployment Team include:
Document functional design specifications for any customizations or developments within PSA modules.
Provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices within PSA for both business processes and end-to-end process design.
Build and unit test the PSA solution as part of the broader Record to Report and Polaris framework.
Collaborate with teams responsible for testing, data management, training, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) to successfully deliver the solution.
Work closely with client s workstream leads and Polaris Release Management to align on the planning and delivery of Program Increment (PI) Features and User Stories.
Prepare User Stories and related pre-work for all in-scope Features within scheduled Program Increments.
Proactively mitigate solution risks, identify co-engineering opportunities, and coordinate with SAP product and support teams.
Support client functional and development teams in resolving issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the cutover and deployment of solution capabilities for Deployment 2 Release 1 and Release 2.
Provide Hypercare support post-deployment.
Escalate issues appropriately and as needed.
Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer team.
