Description

Your future duties and responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Ping Directory Engineer to join our team and support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of PingDirectory services. This role involves managing data schemas, policies, and system-level configurations, as well as troubleshooting authentication and integration issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LDAP and SCIM protocols, and be comfortable working in high-availability environments on AWS or Linux platforms. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting and contribute to production releases and operational support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Strong expertise in PingDirectory including data, schema, and policy management
Proficiency with LDAP and SCIM protocols
Experience troubleshooting authentication, integration, and system-level issues
Hands-on experience deploying PingDirectory on AWS or Linux in high-availability architectures
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team collaboration
Solid communication and documentation skills
Willingness to support off-hours production releases and provide on-call support
5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in PingDirectory engineering or related identity management roles
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
