Integration Technical Service Manager

The Technical Service Manager oversees multiple projects with both on-site and off-shore teams. They oversee project health, manage the team and stakeholders, and lead efforts to improve program performance and customer experience.
Key to the success in this role is an ability to work across teams, both internally and externally and align solutions toward customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing effective service strategies and operational policies to enhance performance and reliability.
Assisting release management processes, serving as a key liaison between development and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and issue resolution.
Design and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs to maintain service quality and accountability.
Working on application integration projects, MuleSoft, contributing to seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity
Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics (e.g., burndown charts)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years in technical integration roles, including 2+ years in a leadership position
Proven experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps)
Strong understanding of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ITIL or other service frameworks is a plus
Hands-on experience in system integration, APIs, middleware, or enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps methodologies, and industry-standard development best practices.
Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins).
