Job Summary:

  • As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our sales and product team and clients in the Government and Commercial sectors. You will collaborate closely with our sales and product development teams to understand client needs, craft technical solutions, and ensure successful deployments of our AI products and services.

  • Experience with Large-Scale & Matrixed Organization Collaboration: You have a history of successfully collaborating with large organizations, like government agencies or corporations. You understand the complexity and nuances of operating within these organizations, including their decision making processes and bureaucratic challenges.
  • A Customer Centric Approach to Solution Design: You have consistently designed and adapted solutions with the end user in mind, ensuring that tools not only meet the technical and security requirements but are also user friendly and tailored to meet our customers needs.   • Solution Deployment in Complex Environments: You ve been involved in deploying technology solutions within large scale infrastructures and understand the challenges and constraints of these environments.

This includes streamlining the integration process to get tools into users hands as efficiently as possible, while ensuring the solutions can scale to meet the growing needs of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Security and Compliance Standards: Your experience includes navigating security and compliance requirements typical of large organizations, especially in the government sector. This can include designing solutions that meet specific security standards (like NIST or FedRAMP) or ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Agility in Fast-Paced Environments: You get excited about the idea of working in a rapidly evolving tech startup, where you have to quickly adapt to challenges or pivot projects based on the development of our product and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep technical knowledge of our AI solutions to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to potential clients in both the Government and Commercial sectors.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives. Design customized AI solutions that meet client needs and align with our product offerings.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI technology, focusing on how it can address the unique challenges faced by the Department of Defense and Emergency Response organizations.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical guidance and expertise throughout the sales cycle. Answer technical questions and provide insights on implementation strategies.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Coordinate and lead PoC efforts to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of our AI solutions in real-world scenarios. Work closely with clients to ensure successful PoC outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with the product development team, providing valuable feedback and insights from client interactions to shape future product enhancements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and best practices, to support sales and client onboarding.
  • Training: Deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams on the use and maintenance of our AI solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience in a solutions architect and/or sales engineering role.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting applications built on cloud platforms such AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. This includes familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless functions, and cloud-based databases and have experience advising customers on optimal cloud architecture and migration strategies.
  • Experience in solution design and the ability to tailor AI solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and delivering training sessions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
