Directs, plans, and manages audiovisual services across the enterprise. Provides leadership to sub-teams responsible for AV project delivery, meetings and events, and collaboration technologies. Partners with IT, Facilities, and vendors to deliver modern, reliable AV solutions that meet organizational needs and support clinical and business operations.

Job Responsibility
- Leads an Enterprise Video Collaborations group by communicating with and developing team members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area.
- Develops and articulates a strategic vision for areas for collaborative technology modernization.
- Evaluates, plans, implements, and maintains regional and localized communication throughout the organization; develops strategic plans for enterprise communication services in conjunction with established departmental business and strategic goals.
- Provides oversight of executive level audiovisual support.
- Develops and maintains communication standards and policies and procedures; ensures strategic and operational plans are consistent with readily available and developing technology by managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Collaborates with management in developing and evaluating communication systems for new project sites and renovations of existing sites.
- Ensures communication system designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and are compliant with organization architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire safety, environmental health, and safety codes.
- Collaborates with sites to ensure proper utilization of services; monitors and reports on usage; negotiates terms, conditions and costs for all sites; implements cost-effective and standard services for sites.
- Plans and implements utilization of resources to support strategic direction and operation of the organization; develops and maintains ongoing "roadmap" utilizing planning, performance, and historical trending data.
- Develops, manages, and evaluates direct reports; oversees the development, management, and evaluation of indirect reports; develops communication capital and operating budgets.

Job Qualification
- Bachelors Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years progressively responsible related work experience including familiarity daily enterprise communication operations and leadership, required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Leads the Enterprise Video Collaboration organization (Project Management, Meetings & Events, Collaborative Services).
- Develops and executes a strategic roadmap for collaborative technology modernization.
- Oversees AV design standards for conference rooms, auditoriums, boardrooms, and clinical spaces; ensures compliance with enterprise IT architecture and standards.
- Provides oversight of executive-level AV support for board meetings, town halls, and high-visibility leadership events.
- Manages vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and lifecycle planning (refresh, upgrades, support).
- Directs project portfolio: site expansions, renovations, and new builds.
- Establishes SLAs, operating procedures, and KPIs for service delivery across campuses.
- Oversees operational budgets and capital planning for team services.
- Guides resource planning, training, and development of staff to ensure enterprise-wide coverage and capability.
- Coordinates with IT security, networking, and facilities on projects, integrations, and enterprise roadmap.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise AV/IT operations in healthcare or other large, complex environments. Deep knowledge of collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex), AV design standards, and enterprise deployments.
- Experience with executive event production and board-level AV requirements.
- Strong vendor management and budget oversight background.
- CTS or equivalent AV industry certification preferred.
- Experience integrating AV with clinical systems (telehealth, patient engagement platforms).
- Demonstrated success in multi-campus AV modernization initiatives.
- Experience developing and enforcing AV standards across hundreds of rooms/sites.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
- Strong background in executive communications and stakeholder engagement at C-suite level.
- Experience with large-scale budget forecasting, Opex/Capex planning, and vendor governance frameworks.
