Job Title: Senior Consultant – Oracle Suite (Retail Domain)
Location: Dublin, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months

Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across the Oracle suite of services to support a leading retail end client in Dublin, CA. This role is fully onsite and will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Oracle-based solutions across multiple functional areas.

Role responsibilities

  • Work with business and IT teams to understand requirements and design end‑to‑end solutions leveraging Oracle CX, ERP, Retail, HCM, EPM, Analytics, Infra and Tech components.

  • Lead or contribute to Oracle solution architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and performance optimization activities across the retail landscape.

  • Provide SME guidance across multiple Oracle pillars (CX, ERP, Retail, HCM, EPM, Analytics, Infra/Tech), ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices and client standards.

  • Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams, drive issue resolution, and support production systems including incidents, enhancements, and upgrades.

  • Prepare technical and functional documentation, participate in design and code reviews, and support testing and deployment cycles.

Required skills and experience

  • 8–10+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Oracle enterprise applications in large, complex environments (preferably in retail).

  • Proven hands-on experience in at least three or more Oracle areas such as:

    • Oracle CX (Service, Sales, Commerce, Marketing)

    • Oracle ERP (Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement)

    • Oracle Retail applications

    • Oracle HCM

    • Oracle EPM

    • Oracle Analytics (OAC/OBIEE/OAS, OTBI, BI Publisher, etc.)

    • Oracle Infra/Tech stack (OCI, integration tools, middleware, DB, APIs).

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns between Oracle cloud/on‑prem modules and third‑party systems.

  • Experience working in onsite client‑facing roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, lead workstreams, and mentor junior team members.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in retail domain processes such as merchandising, inventory, store operations, pricing, and promotions.

  • Prior experience with Infosys or other large implementation partners on Oracle transformation programs.

  • Oracle certifications across CX, ERP, Retail, HCM, EPM, Analytics, or OCI are a plus.

Additional details

  • Job Type: Contract (C2C / W2) – 6+ months with strong possibility of extension.

  • Work Authorization: Open to all eligible candidates already authorized to work in the USA; sponsorship not available for this contract role.

  • Work Model: 100% onsite in Dublin, CA – local/nearby candidates highly preferred.
