Job Details

Job Summary The IT Business Analyst serves as a liaison between stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for changes in business processes, policies, and information systems. This role supports the E-commerce and digital marketing teams, working across a wide range of mobile and web applications. The analyst will also function as a Master Data Manager, collaborating with developers and ETL teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements. Interpret and transform business needs into actionable data and system requirements. Collaborate with E-commerce and digital marketing teams on mobile and web applications. Function as a Master Data Manager, supporting data governance and quality initiatives. Coordinate with developers and ETL teams to ensure accurate data delivery. Recommend solutions that align with organizational goals and improve business processes. Required Qualifications 3+ years of IT and/or business experience. 3+ years working with internal clients and/or external agencies/partners. Knowledge using MDM tools. Experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce (preferred). Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of essential business functions across an organization. Strong technical knowledge of web applications and business intelligence. Ability to facilitate process mapping activities and apply mapping techniques. Familiarity with legacy and web-based system interfaces. Education: Bachelors Degree
