Job Details

Job Summary (List Format):

- Role: IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Hybrid, local candidates only, no sponsorship)
- Purpose: Lead, manage, and deliver IT infrastructure projects (Network, End User Experience, Datacenter & Application Platform) across global teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical infrastructure projects (network, server, datacenter, end-user computing)
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables aligned with business/technical strategies
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources; ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- Lead Steering Committee meetings with IT and business stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers/vendors
- Develop project financials, cost plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress using PMBOK/internal governance standards
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies to all stakeholder levels
- Collaborate with architects and SMEs on technical requirements/dependencies
- Foster collaboration and accountability across global/dispersed teams
- Technical Environment:
- AWS & Azure cloud
- On-premises Windows & Linux servers
- Enterprise network infrastructure and end-user computing platforms
- Team Structure: Project teams of 5 10 members, including stakeholders, SMEs, business & functional analysts
- Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT project management experience (3+ years in infrastructure projects)
- Experience leading cross-functional, global teams
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Proven success managing large projects ($500K+)
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and conflict-management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal oversight
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, O365, Clarity)
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills
- Ability to build consensus and facilitate decision-making
- Experience in hybrid environments and remote/global team coordination
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven
