Product Owner Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product development efforts in alignment with business goals and customer needs. As a key member of the Agile team, the Product Owner will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements:
- Manages team development progress and provides updates to leadership, product management, and stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile methodology to promote efficient project management processes.
- Direct story creation for teams and partners with the Scrum Masters to facilitate team story backlog.
- Communicate project vision and user stories to development teams.
- Lead regular demonstration and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
- Partner with agile scrum master, other technology teams, and stakeholders to test and deliver features in the team backlog.
- Demonstrated skills utilizing Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, and/or Scrum processes.
